He owns years of experience in large scale program management especially in disaster relief, rehabilitation and community base approaches with international organizations like Oxfam and Care. He has strong research and documentation experience with international universities on socio-economic aspects on issues like poverty in urban and rural India, human rights and scientific temperament. He has also rendered services on projects related to gender, diversity and equal opportunity. He has more than 32 years of experience in development sector.
