Sunita is a Doctor in Medicine (Acupuncture) and holds fellowship in Leadership Development Mechanism . She has worked with many international organizations as a Manager and Technical resource person UNICEF and Plan India across various states in India. Sunita has sectoral experience in education, reproductive health and HIV/AIDS sector. She has thorough knowledge and skills of project management cycle especially project planning, monitoring and evaluation. She had lead and facilitated large scale training programs especially in education and Health sectors. Sunita has sound understanding and knowledge of community based communication approaches and strategy development.
